What I bring
My professional journey has taken me across schools, nonprofit organizations, humanitarian programs, faith communities, and public institutions spanning four continents. Along the way, I have developed a perspective shaped by cross-cultural leadership, organizational development, community engagement, and a deep curiosity about how people and institutions flourish.
Within independent schools, I have contributed to advancement, admissions operations, enrollment support, financial aid, institutional communications, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Beyond education, I have led multicultural teams, managed complex initiatives, strengthened organizational systems, and partnered with communities navigating growth and change. These experiences have taught me how to balance big-picture thinking with practical implementation while keeping relationships at the center of the work.
Perhaps most importantly, I bring a commitment to listening, learning, and building trust. I believe leadership is most effective when it helps people feel connected to one another, aligned around a shared purpose, and supported by systems that enable them to thrive. My hope is always to leave communities stronger, more connected, and better prepared for the future than I found them.
