Who I am
My journey has taken me across schools, nonprofits, faith communities, humanitarian organizations, and public institutions on four continents. Along the way, I have become increasingly interested in a simple question: How do people and communities flourish?
From classrooms and community centers to government ministries and international organizations, I have seen that lasting progress is rarely the result of a single program, policy, or individual. Rather, it emerges when people feel connected to one another, united by a shared purpose, and supported by systems that help them thrive. These experiences have shaped my belief that leadership is fundamentally an act of stewardship: caring for people, strengthening institutions, and creating conditions in which others can grow.
Today, I seek to help educational communities strengthen relationships, align purpose, and cultivate environments where students and adults alike can flourish. This website is a collection of reflections, experiences, and ideas that have informed my understanding of education, leadership, community, and service.
